The Marketing Transformation team is seeking a visionary GenAI Strategy Vice President to lead our next wave of innovation in marketing. As a GenAI Marketing Strategy Vice President on the Marketing Transformation team, you will be reporting to Head of Content & AI transformation, and you will be accountable to deliver on the strategic agenda for GenAI adoption in marketing, develop and oversee an integrated roadmap, and ensure alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders. You will champion the use of AI to reimagine marketing workflows, content creation, personalization, and audience engagement, while driving operational efficiency and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, data, tech, and marketing teams to build and maintain an integrated GenAI transformation roadmap, organizing work into horizons with clear milestones and outcomes.Define strategic objectives for GenAI initiatives, support business case development, and partner with Finance to measure efficiency gains and ROI.Collaborate with LOB transformation leads and process teams to identify pain points, prioritize capabilities, and track adoption metrics for last-mile success.Ensure collaboration across lines of business (LOBs), product, technology, and Data & Analytics teams to drive a cohesive and unified AI strategy for marketing.Prepare executive updates, craft compelling narratives, and streamline reporting across key initiatives such as workflow automation, content transformation, omni-channel personalization, and AI enablement.Facilitate steering committee forums to prioritize GenAI capabilities, and collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption and effective stakeholder communication.Ensure up-to-date communications across the organization, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, achievements, and new developments in GenAI for marketing.Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and best practices for marketing transformation.Champion agile ways of working, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement across GenAI initiatives.Establish scalable frameworks for measuring and tracking efficiency, adoption, and business impact of GenAI solutions.Bring a consulting background to navigate ambiguous environments, drive clarity, and deliver actionable recommendations in complex, fast-evolving contexts.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience in martech, product, or AI-driven marketing transformationBachelor’s degree in marketing, product, engineering, computer science, or related fieldDeep expertise in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilitiesProven track record of building transformation roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizationsAbility to influence, drive collaboration, and engage with senior leadershipExperience working in an agile environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presenceHighly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-orientedSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and proactivelyBackground in consulting, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments
