SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We’re hiring a GenAI Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered applications using LLMs, agent orchestration platforms, and cloud technologies to accelerate digital transformation.
The RoleDesign and implement GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and iterative optimization for enterprise use cases.Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using platforms such as Dify, Coze, or Copilot Studio, integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference, ensuring compliance and data quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver measurable outcomes.Conduct technical research on emerging GenAI frameworks and best practices, and contribute to innovation initiatives.Document solution architecture, deployment processes, and provide guidance to junior engineers.

What We Need to See from You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex.Practical experience with agent orchestration platforms (Dify, Coze, Copilot Studio) and RAG pipelines.Solid Python proficiency for prototyping and integration; familiarity with Hugging Face and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).Strong business sense: ability to map workflows to AI use cases, assess ROI, and ensure compliance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience delivering PoCs or demos to clients.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen), vector databases, and Azure DevOps.Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases), and responsible AI practices.Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus.
