**Our client, a leader in the supply chain and operations industry, is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to join their team. As a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization.**
**Job Title:** Sales and Operations Planning Analyst
**Location:** 100% Remote (Preferred CST or EST)
**Pay Range:** Up to $31.08/hour
**Assignment Length:** 12 months
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Support execution of the Sales & Operations Plan, focusing on current quarter priorities and fulfillment.
+ Drive order fulfillment and on-time delivery, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve operational challenges.
+ Maintain clear communication between regional teams and supply chain on order status and fulfillment.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support business/region objectives.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of operations management experience, or High School diploma with 5+ years of operations management experience.
+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Analytical mindset with capability to interpret complex situations and use data effectively.
+ Proven track record of execution in an operational environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
