**Our client, a leader in the medical technology and healthcare solutions industry, is seeking a Project Specialist to join their team.** As a Project Specialist, you will be part of the Implementation Team supporting internal operations and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:**
$28.00 – $33.78 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Coordinate and track day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to manage the delivery and installation process of medical equipment
+ Develop and maintain project plans and documentation, including schedules, contact lists, and meeting summaries
+ Lead remote meetings to provide updates, delegate tasks, and manage project execution
+ Proactively address or escalate issues related to delivery, timelines, and training schedules
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of project management experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of progressive project or technical experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Experience working independently in a remote environment
+ Ability to lead cross-functional team collaboration
