**Job Description**
+ **Engage Onsite with Customers:** Visit customer sites to collaborate directly with analysts and business stakeholders, developing a clear understanding of their most critical business questions and operational pain points.
+ **Multi-Account Go To Market Plan:** Collaborate across lines of business (e.g., Product, Sales, Engineering) to develop cohesive go-to-market plans specific to customer needs while creating a sustainable and scalable modernization and revenue generation approach.
+ **Workflow Design:** Collaborate with customers to design and implement custom workflows tailored to new user groups, maximizing the versatility and adoption of Oracle’s solutions.
+ **Training & Enablement:** Lead hands-on training sessions to ensure Oracle products are meeting end-user needs and driving measurable impact across customer operations.
+ **Executive Communication:** Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences—ranging from technical analysts to C-suite executives.
+ **Product Feedback Loop:** Work closely with Oracle’s Software Engineering and Product Management teams, sharing direct customer feedback and field observations to shape future product features and enhance Oracle’s overall offerings.
+ **Demo Delivery:** Design and deliver impactful demonstrations of Oracle solutions for both prospective and existing customers, illustrating real-world value and fostering customer engagement.
**Responsibilities**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience managing complex application deployments.
+ Proven ability to deliver results at the intersection of data, technology, and end-user needs.
+ Strong analytical skills with a keen curiosity for complex systems and business processes.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge teams and customer stakeholders.
+ Experience deploying enterprise applications or working within complex business environments is preferred.
+ Intuitive understanding of product design/process and a passion for user-centered outcomes.
+ Experience with Oracle Cloud, SaaS solutions, or enterprise data platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or managing Oracle Cloud Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) or Oracle Data Platform technologies.
+ Experience working with and familiarity of customers across Federal, to include FedCiv, Dept. of War, and Intelligence.
+ Proven track record of solution deployment within the public sector.
+ Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, SQL, and/or APIs, especially in the context of enterprise platforms.
+ PMP, Agile, or other relevant project/change management certification.
+ Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles involving technology transformation, digital adoption, or operational change management.
+ Deep understanding of business process reengineering, change management, and user adoption best practices in enterprise environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
+ Experience designing and leading end-user training or enablement programs.
+ Familiarity with Government security, privacy, and compliance standards relevant to SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS deployments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
