Job Description:

The Training Specialist coordinates and facilitates training for Customer Care Agents, ensuring learning experiences are effective, engaging, and aligned with operational goals. This role analyzes training content to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborates closely with Process and Operations partners to ensure training materials support performance metrics and quality standards.

The Training Specialist supports new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, process updates, system training, and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an engaging facilitator, a clear communicator, and a strong collaborator who can translate complex processes into practical, agent-friendly learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
