Role Summary

The Team Leader will oversee a team of GBS Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinators responsible for managing high-volume interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and background checks for Kimberly-Clark candidates. This role ensures operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvement across Frontline (FL) and Workforce (WC) hiring.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management Supervise and mentor TA Enablement Coordinators, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team culture. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks.

 

Operational Excellence:

Oversee end‑to‑end interview scheduling in coordination with hiring managers and administrative partners. Manage candidate travel arrangements and background check processes in alignment with company standards. Ensure consistent adherence to global guidelines and maintain a strong, seamless candidate experience.

 

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary escalation point for interview scheduling challenges and candidate experience issues. Proactively gather feedback from hiring managers, recruiters, and cross‑functional partners to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

 

Process Improvement:

Review existing workflows and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce errors. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to standardize best practices across regions and elevate overall service delivery.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or TA operations, specifically US interview scheduling and background verification (BGV) processes

Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high‑volume hiring environment (GCC/Shared Services experience preferred).

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience preferred).

Must be comfortable working in US shift timings to support US region hiring operations.
