Job Description:
The GBS SMB Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to the UPS Sales Force in the United States, focusing on the onboarding of new customers. This role ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, allowing Sales representatives to concentrate on strategic selling activities. The position plays a key role in enhancing sales effectiveness and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
His/Her role is to:
Support Sales Force in Customer Onboarding activities
Take ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts if needed, follow up with requestor on work progress etc.)
Ensuring best in class Customer Experience
We expect from applicants:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
High competency with MS Office
Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed
Team player but able to work independently
Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs
Positive attitude
Available to work during US business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CET)
At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
