**Job Description:**
The GBS SMB Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to the UPS Sales Force in the United States, focusing on the onboarding of new customers. This role ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, allowing Sales representatives to concentrate on strategic selling activities. The position plays a key role in enhancing sales effectiveness and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
**His/Her role is to:**
+ Support Sales Force in Customer Onboarding activities
+ Take ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts if needed, follow up with requestor on work progress etc.)
+ Ensuring best in class Customer Experience
**We expect from applicants:**
+ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
+ Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
+ High competency with MS Office
+ Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed
+ Team player but able to work independently
+ Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs
+ Positive attitude
+ **Available to work during US business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CET)**
+ At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
