**Job Description:**
The GBS IE Specialist is responsible for coordinating call center staffing levels to achieve customer service goals. He/She monitors Global Business Services (GBS) contact activities (calls, chats, emails) to recommend staffing adjustments, plans future staffing requirements and conducts data mining to search for process improvement opportunities. This position analyzes service level data and operational performance to provide status reports for GBS management. The GBS IE Specialist creates and presents business cases to reduce cost and improve the customer experience.
