This program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and help shape Syensqo’s global operations. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in the Contract and Logistics team. This program will be hosted in Lisbon offices. Join us in a dynamic, multicultural environment, where you’ll have the chance to develop essential Distribution and Logistic skills, learn about international standards, and play an active role in Syensqo’s transformation journey. **Key Responsibilities** During your internship you will support the following area: + **Contract and Logistics** + Respond to incoming inquiries about the data domain + Assist regular obsolete and mass master data maintenance jobs + Support actions for data cleansing and harmonization + Participate in regular control checks and critical operational controls + Support process and quality implementation + Support data migration activities + Assist in preparing all needed information for Business or Regulatory needed purposes, such as report or data analysis + Find and implement quick fix solutions for problems or escalate issues to the upper level depending on criticality and transversal impacts + Analyze gaps between operations and KPI’s and propose improvement actions. + Perform training activities + Ensure compliance with Group Internal Control and policies **What You’ll Bring** **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Distribution and Logistics Management. **Knowledge & Skills:** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Language Skills: Fluent in English (required).
