Our client, a leading organization in the power generation industry, is seeking a Lead Customer Gas Turbine ITR Engineer to join their Core Americas Engineering team. As a Lead Customer Gas Turbine ITR Engineer , you will be instrumental in overseeing technical aspects from customer inquiry through to project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Pay Range:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide technical expertise and develop solutions during the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process, collaborating with sales and commercial teams.
+ Interpret customer needs, define scope of supply, and contribute to technical proposals ensuring alignment with project requirements.
+ Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, including the development and maintenance of technical application guidelines.
+ Manage the successful execution of engineering activities for CM&U projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure timely project delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
+ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally occasionally, less than 10% of the time.
+ Strong technical analysis skills and experience in application engineering.
+ Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a solution-driven mindset.
+ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment with diverse teams.
