Job Purpose & Scope
Responsible for processing garnishments and levies received for Bank OZK.
Essential Job Functions
+ Ensures customers, internal or external, receive exceptional service at all times.
+ Maintains current processing information for garnishments and levies for states in which the bank maintains and operates retail offices.
+ Maintains current processing information regarding IRS levies.
+ Maintains office supplies/inventory.
+ Provides standardized notification letter(s) to the customer, providing details of the action and hold information.
+ Files and/or scans documents for legal review, branch communication, and regulatory/compliance retention.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Knowledge of garnishments and levies processing requirements
+ Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
+ Ability to work without close supervision
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
+ Ability to manage time effectively and meet exacting deadlines
+ Ability to adapt well to change
+ Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions
+ Ability to respond to requests and demands professionally and promptly
+ Ability to work extended hours as needed
+ Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures
+ Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Minimum of one (1) year experience using computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required
