Garmin Health Sales Manager 2
Overview We are seeking a full-time Garmin Health Sales Manager 2 in our Santiago, Chile location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new B2B sales opportunities and building on existing relationships with Garmin’s partners and developers as an initiative-taking sales professional. Essential Functions Develop, coordinate, present, and implement go to market strategies to key Garmin partners as needed Determine, establish, and execute sales plans strategies, relationships, and promotions to increase market share, profits, and awareness with new/existing partners Attend/coordinate industry trade shows to maximize new partner prospecting and current relationships Exhibit exceptional understanding of Garmin products, pricing, and developer capabilities to maximize partner relationships Coordinate sales activities with little/no supervision, exercising independent judgement as to how best to meet individual partner needs to maximize Garmin success Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, validate leads, and potentially adjust go to market strategies Provide sales support and service for internal/external customers including forecasting, marketing, and content development Provide regular updates to senior sales/operations leadership concerning assigned accounts, revenue goals, wins, challenges, account issues, financial status, upcoming large orders etc. Work with leadership to modify go to market strategies to meet sales objectives/profit goals Function as a mentor/lead to newer less experienced associates Work under general supervision of team leader/mentor Ability to travel with little or no supervision and complete timely/succinct trip/status reports Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR a minimum of 7 years equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of B2B, D2C, outside sales or vendor to retailer sales experience Experience selling to B2B, D2C, distributors, national, big box, or mass retail partners Proven history of sales success and business development competencies Excellent time management skills, while maintaining high quality standards with a sense of urgency, commitment and focus to complete tasks and projects Ability to prioritize/multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environment with demonstrated self motivation and a desire to succeed Demonstrated articulate and fluent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ease with public speaking Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality with ability to effectively apply learned knowledge Customer- and market-oriented thinking in relation to Garmin solutions Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment, fostering positive relationships with Garmin associates to achieve shared goals Demonstrated initiative in developing, communicating, and executing individual, team, and strategic objectives Flexibility to travel (up to 25%) Desired Qualifications Internal Garmin experience as an ISR, or ASM Personal experience in using Garmin wearables Garmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
