THE ROLE   

GAMEDAY REP PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION – This role offers hands on experience executing game day sponsorship elements, including fan fest activations, in-venue promotions and other sponsor related components of game days. 

GAMEDAY REP HOSPITALITY – This role provides individuals with the opportunity to learn sports hospitality, focusing on the guest experience, game day set up and teardown, and the overall operation of the corporate hospitality area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION:

Setup on Fridays of home game weekends for the Ford Fan FestAssist partners with activation load-in and load-out on game dayManage and track game day marketing assets and inventoryAssist with corporate hospitality, in-game promotions, and other sponsor related activitiesTake Proof of Performance photos

HOSPITALITY

Assist with load-in of caterers, arrange chairs, table and décor at corporate hospitalityStaff and manage the entrance of the corporate hospitality tentOpportunity to work in-venue as suite attendantDetail-oriented and organization skillsHospitality experience or education preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be either an undergraduate or graduate student at Florida State UniversityMust be able to work all home football gamesExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh level of initiative, specifically in the areas of hospitality and service of the highest qualityStrong focus on attention to detailStrong aptitude for learning, highly curious in what weDesire to build a long-term career in sports marketing/partnerships
