The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and managing all supporting business operations. The role requires effective customer order management and execution, along with maintaining precise communication through email and telephone with various stakeholders. Accurate data management in the CRM system is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the execution of customer orders by coordinating and scheduling the pickup and delivery of vehicles, ensuring that customer instructions are precisely followed.
+ Link multiple orders to ensure efficient execution.
+ Oversee the completion of additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and vehicle storage.
+ Communicate promptly via email, telephone, and CRM with relevant parties, escalating issues to management as necessary.
+ Maintain and update CRM activities and notes accurately, including uploading photos and scanned documents.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as adherence to DOT regulations and relevant laws.
+ Calculate and offer flat fees on orders, as needed, by emailing the bid sheet to independent contractors.
+ Manage the storage facility by tracking vehicle movements and maintaining inventory records.
+ Inspect vehicles for damage and manage inventory of items left in vehicles.
+ Facilitate the movement of vehicles in and out of the lot, ensuring they are ready for drivers.
+ Ensure all cars are accounted for on the lot and address any vehicle starting issues with headquarters.

+ Ability to learn and utilize company systems and equipment.
+ Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide up-to-date information.
+ Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Confidence, assertiveness, and decisiveness in carrying out position requirements.
+ A High School Diploma is required.
+ 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and being detail-oriented.
+ Ability to manage several concurrent projects with high attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Advanced computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office Excel.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Experience with dispatch, inbound and outbound calls, and logistics.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position located in Atlanta, GA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring effective communication with independent contractors and coordination of logistics. The company is a women-owned business offering opportunities for growth across 11 different departments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
