What is the opportunity?
As the FX Advisor & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing FX advisory to Relationship Managers (RM) and Direct Access clients (DAC).
What will you do?
Able to structure, recommend, price and execute FX strategies to match various client needs.Execution of trades on FX products with precision and minimal errors. FX products include spot, forward, swap, DCI, option, structures and will also involve precious metals.Role requires London shift coverage on a rotational basis.Preparing daily commentaries and trade ideas for RMs and clients.Managing client margin calls and margin cuts. And help provide trade ideas that help clients manage their FX risk.To participate in idea generations and presentations in the weekly investment meetings for RMs and monthly asset class group meetings for the investment team.Troubleshoot issues stemming from front to back processes and execution.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a specialisation in a related financial field.Minimum 7-9 years working experience in FX sales or FX advisory related position.Good spoken and written English is a must.Good spoken Mandarin and Cantonese a must.Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.Strong attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills and effective customer relationship management skills.Good presentation skills.Able to multitask and proactively manage deadlines, working within a dynamic and fast pace team set up.Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Check Scheme (MRCS). MRCS is a standardized reference-checking arrangement by requesting the individual's information from each relevant former and current employers (Authorized Institutions under the supervision of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority) covering the preceding seven years prior to the application for this position.
