You will work directly with clients, dealers, architects, and sales teams to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and space-optimized furniture solutions. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives as a problem solver, communicator, and trusted advisor. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to design, space plan, and specify systems and freestanding furniture solutions + Translate customer needs and abstract ideas into clear, compelling digital renderings + Lead showroom visits, informal design sessions, and client presentations + Support strategic selling by crafting distinctive workplace solutions using wood and collaborative products + Coordinate large, complex projects with cross-functional internal and external teams + Travel throughout the Dallas region to consult on key client opportunities **Qualifications** + 3–6+ years of experience as a Corporate Interior Designer in a design firm or dealer environment + Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (preferred; relevant experience considered) + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or CET Designer + Strong project management and communication skills + Comfort presenting to clients and managing multiple priorities + A positive, collaborative spirit with a passion for continuous learning **Contract Details** + 1-Year Contract with potential for Temp-to-Perm based on performance and business needs + Competitive hourly rate starting at $38+ Hybrid role with regional travel in the Dallas area **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team of designers, strategists, and marketers who love what they do and support each other like family.
