Job Title: Furnace Operator

Job Summary:

We are hiring Furnace Operators to support vacuum furnace operations in a high-performance aerospace manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of manufacturing or plant experience.

Available Shifts:

4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM ($20.90/hour, paid for 40 hours with 36 hours of work)5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM ($20.90/hour, paid for 40 hours with 36 hours of work)6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM ($19/hour)8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM ($20.90/hour)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and operation of vacuum atomization furnacesPerform cleaning, inspections, and process monitoringPrepare raw material charges and operate furnace control systemsConduct minor repairs on furnaces and related equipmentUse electric hoists to remove/replace furnace lids and coilsClean furnace interiors, crucibles, and seals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing or plant operationsComfortable working at heights up to 60 feetAble to wear a respirator and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, climbing stairs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
