This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of manufacturing or plant experience who are eager to grow in a hands-on role. **🕓Available Shifts** + 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (10% pay differential, paid for 40 hours with 36 hours of work) + 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (10% pay differential, paid for 40 hours with 36 hours of work) + 6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM + 7th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM (10% pay differential) + 8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM (10% pay differential) **🔩Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the setup and operation of vacuum atomization furnaces. + Perform cleaning, quality inspections, and monitoring tasks throughout the process. + Prepare raw material charges and operate furnace control boards. + Conduct minor repairs on furnaces, chambers, and auxiliary equipment. + Remove and replace furnace lids and coils using electric hoists. + Clean and maintain furnace interiors, crucibles, and seals. **🛠Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing or plant operations. + Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet. + Able to wear a respirator and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing stairs, etc.). **🌟Why Join Us?** + Immediate start available. + The work you do applies directly to military aerospace technology. + Competitive pay with shift differentials. + Stable, hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment. + Opportunities for advancement and skill development. **_Take the next step in your manufacturing career—apply today and start building your future with us!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
