As a Fund Servicing Manager within our Investment Operations team, you will have the opportunity to provide premium quality client service to our Fund Services clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the smooth operation of our team. Job responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day operation of a team within Investment Operations responsible trade booking, settlement, cash & positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management and client issue managementLead review and monitoring of Client Satisfaction for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of booking Bank Loans transactionsWork with the leads to develop goals for the team and ensure they are reachedReview daily/monthly work process for team members, including daily and monthly checklists and see that all tasks are completedEnsure that all staff are aware of daily tasks and deadlines are metStreamline team processes when neededAssist in determining feasibility of new products and servicesEnsure deliverables are met / Sign off on new business and Service level agreements (SLA)Communicate with other areas in JPM Fund Services Client Service, Product, Sales, Portfolio Accounting, TechnologyEnsure standardized, efficient process and timely escalation of any potential issues

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

5 years of experience within financial services specifically Fund Services or related function4 years management experienceWith experience  in end- to- end Reconciliation, Trades and SettlementComplete understanding of the NAV delivery processAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external clientsStrong knowledge of all investment typesKeen eye for detail, processes and deadline orientatedAbility to motivate staff and provide feedback when needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s DegreeDetailed working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt PartnersExperience working with syndicated bank loans
