Transfer Agency (TA) maintains the shareholder register for investment funds by executing shareholder instructions. JPMorgan Transfer Agency operations are performed in Luxembourg, Dublin, Manila, Bangalore and Hong Kong.
As a Fund Servicing Manager II within the Global Fund Services Operations team, you are responsible for establishing and reviewing the controls of the daily operation, ensuring adherence to procedures and policies, and for providing necessary data to senior management and clients. You are responsible in creating an efficient work environment and reviews end-of-day reconciliation packages, promptly addressing any escalated recon exception items. You will communicate ideas and contribute to the development of departmental and corporate goals, maintaining communication with fund accounting, the custodian, and other related parties.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of deliverables.Ensure accurate transaction processing, review, and reporting per Transfer Agency Group procedures.Accurately record and reconcile money movement following Transfer Agency Group practices.Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks with comprehensive knowledge of JPMorgan practices.Facilitate timely and professional client, investor, and regulatory reporting submissions.Coordinate quarter and year-end processes with the Oversight Team and stakeholders.Provide support to the Oversight Team through investigation and data analysis.Lead or participate in internal and external projects.Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as needed.Prepare service level documents.Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior management.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
A minimum of 7 years relevant Financial Institution (FI) experience is required with more than 5 years people management experienceComprehensive working knowledge of Transfer Agent administration systems, High proficiency in MS OfficeDemonstrate solid interpersonal skills and effective interaction with individuals and teams, being a team player.Exhibit excellent English communication skills, adapting to different styles at all levels.Show accountability by taking ownership and responsibility to achieve goals, while initiating action and escalating risks.Display adaptability to maintain standards and adjust to new work structures, processes, or requirements.Commit to high-quality client service, efficient planning, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
