As a Fund Servicing Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our fund servicing operations. Leveraging your broad knowledge of fund accounting and administration, you will provide advice and support to ensure progress within established procedures and policies. Your work will have a significant impact on our department, requiring you to apply your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for varied and complex issues. Your advanced emotional intelligence will be key in building trusting relationships and influencing better outcomes for our team and clients. Job ResponsibilitiesLead the Global/Regional IBOR team and act as the client-facing point of escalation.Participate, represent, and implement the continued IMOS global strategy as required.Own and/or oversee daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR).Maintain robust standard operating policies (SOPs), procedures, and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards.Own and/or actively participate in key projects or tasks to ensure the continued IMOS global strategy is maintained.Build solid and interactive internal relationships with global operations partners, client service, and other products, including Front Office, Performance & Risk, and Compliance teams.Work with management to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration in a ‘follow the sun’ model.Work cross-functionally with technology, service, product, and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service delivery.Oversee and own, where necessary, reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management.Proactively participate in planning and execution of onboarding new tasks and funds, including UAT testing.Support legacy investment accounting processes and their transition to the strategic IBOR.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDemonstrated leadership experience across process, risk, and control within Investment Operations (preferably Middle Office), including managing change.Excellent client-facing skills and communication style; comfortable dealing with key clients.Extensive understanding of OTC instruments, exchange-traded derivatives, fixed income securities, equity products, and other financial instruments.Track record of successfully working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.Experience in Investment Operations (trades, cash, and reconciliations).Experience in reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management.Experience in workflow and vendor management for end client reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issues.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop relationships across various stakeholders, including senior business executives.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in Middle Office Investment Operations.Prior experience with onboarding new tasks and funds, including UAT testing.Familiarity with legacy investment accounting processes and their transition to strategic IBOR.Experience in maintaining audit-ready processes for internal and external audits.Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, service, product, and other operations teams.
