In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our global and local R&P teams. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions, ensuring they align with Sanofi’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
