Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Functional Consultant / Accounting Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Finance and Technology department, supporting the integration and optimization of financial systems, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy. **Job Title:** Functional Consultant / Accounting Systems Analyst
**Location:** Remote/WFH
**Pay Range:** $68
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the integration between Workday Financials and Frontier reconciliation tool to ensure seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
+ Optimize Frontier to work effectively with Workday Financials, implementing necessary changes for improved functionality.
+ Implement updates to Frontier for new data flows and reporting requirements, reflecting changes in organizational data structures.
+ Modify and enhance reporting processes to align with updated chart of accounts and financial data structures in Workday.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Consulting, and Technology to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
**What's Needed?**
+ Deep functional accounting experience with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
+ Technical background with familiarity in systems and data flows, comfortable working with financial systems.
+ Associate Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
+ Experience with Workday Financials and/or Frontier reconciliation tools is a plus.
+ Ability to handle reporting modifications and reconciliation processes efficiently and accurately.
