**Job Title:** Functional Business Analyst - D365 Implementation **Location:** On-site in Western Chicago Suburbs **Company:** Jefferson Wells **Job Type:** W2 Hourly (No C2C) **Rate Range** : Negotiable depending on experience. $65/hr. W2 **Job Description:** Jefferson Wells is seeking a highly skilled Functional Business Analyst to join our client's team for a Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D365 implementations and possess strong skills in training, testing, test scripts, reporting, optimizations, and conversion of account balances. **Responsibilities:** + Lead and support the D365 implementation process. + Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system. + Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality. + Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. + Optimize system processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Manage the conversion of account balances to the new system. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. **Requirements:** + Proven experience with D365 implementation projects. + Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques. + Expertise in testing, including the creation and execution of test scripts. + Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports. + Ability to identify and implement system optimizations. + Experience with account balance conversion processes. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Must be able to work on-site in the western Chicago suburb. + No C2C arrangements.
