**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking shelves, and organizing items to maintain a streamlined workflow. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Stock shelves and sort packages. + Organize items and maintain inventory. + Scan, label, and mark packages using RF scanners. + Operate manual pallet jacks for material handling. **Essential Skills** + General labor and warehouse experience. + Proficiency in shipping, stocking, and packing boxes. + Ability to use RF scanner and RF scan gun. + Experience in sorting, inventory management, and material handling. + Capable of loading and operating a pallet jack. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay increase once permanent and take advantage of leadership and training opportunities. Be prepared for varying temperature conditions with the warehouse heated in winter and hot in summer, equipped with fans and water coolers. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. Note that cellphones and electronics are not permitted in the warehouse. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
