Overview With six luxurious treatment rooms, two treatment rooms for two, the Spa at Willows Lodge combines the best of the convenient resort amenities and serene spa atmosphere. Guests can indulge in a massage or treat themselves to a body treatment, then enjoy the resort's vibrant gardens and farm-to-table food. JOB SUMMARY: The Spa Coordinator serves as the direct link between the spa and its guests, ensuring a seamless, memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting and assisting guests with treatments, reservations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. We are seeking candidates with flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Wage range: $24.50/Hour - $26.00/Hour Eligible for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life insurance under our existing group plans Eligible for 401(k) retirement plan with employer match following 1 year of service under our existing plan 11 days of PTO accrued in the first year based on an employee working 40 hours each week $20 monthly cell phone allowance Free and nearby employee parking Complimentary salad & sandwich bar availbale in breakroom at all times Discounted hotel stays at our property as well as affiliated properties JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Spa. Check in guests for their scheduled treatments. Ensure flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns while adhering to established guidelines. Handle cash transactions and provide change when necessary. Follow all credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Coordinate treatment timings with massage therapists and estheticians. Post transactions to guests' accounts and process payments. Maintain and stock supplies within the Spa. Inspect the Spa to ensure cleanliness and organization. Stay up to date with Lodge and Spa services, products, and procedures. Answer guest inquiries about treatments and hotel services promptly. Answer incoming calls within the first three rings. Schedule spa appointments and assign therapists/estheticians accordingly. Oversee the spa check-out process and post final charges to accounts. Provide support and assist with other tasks as determined by the supervisor. Qualifications Someone with a flexible schedule that is able to work weekends and evening shifts Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality Someone with a strong attention to detail Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Someone with excellent communication skills Someone who can frequently bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs. Someone with a knolwedge of spa services and wellenss treatements is preferred. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $24.50/Hr. - $26.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
