The Role

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast itemsResponsible for taking food and beverage orders from guestsDemonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and featuresTake food orders, making note of anu special needsDemonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol serviceKeeps the work area clean and sufficiently stockedSecures payment for food and beverage ordersProvides outstanding customer serviceOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

All applicants must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standardsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be fluent in EnglishMust be available to work an irregular scheduleMust be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in SpanishMust have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and armsAbility to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
