Job Summary
The Hilton University of Florida is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Room Attendants play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining guest rooms and public areas to Hilton brand standards.
Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance needs; report issues promptly
Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols
Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain assigned equipment and housekeeping carts in a clean and organized manner
What are we looking for?
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
