FULL TIME Production Lead Bristol PA
**Job Functions:** Responsible for small sub area of distribution in terms of employee training, daily output, inventory accuracy, and order quality to meet daily shipping targets across all retailer orders and stock transfer orders. **Shifts:** 1st : 7:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri 2nd : 3:00pm - 12:30am Mon- Fri 3rd : Sunday 10:00pm - 6:30am Tues- Fri 1:00am-6:30am **Pay Rate:** $20.50 **Accountabilities:** **(tasks listed below may vary depending upon assigned location)** + Assign employees to workstations + Ensure team members are able to hit productivity goals, escalate to supervisor if needed + Prioritize and delegate workload based on daily pickup times + Train new employees on safety procedures and departmental work instructions audit orders or finished goods for accuracy, content and specifications utilizing systems where appropriate. + Provides a quality standard for order handlers or material handlers to use as a guideline for product quality. + Troubleshoot and resolves inventory discrepancies, escalating to supervisor as needed + Lead investigations of issues affecting KPIs + Assist supervisor with random audits. Documents results. Verify processes are being followed to drive Zero Defect. + Evaluate process/product through required inspections to ensure conformity to standardized process specifications and quality standards. Participate in non-conformance investigations. Documents results. + Assists supervisor in Root Cause analysis of Quality/Accuracy issues and recommends corrective action. May assist with any recommended re-training. + Performs a variety of clerical functions including record keeping, reporting and daily performance recaps to management. Input’s information into computer system. + Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s). + Performs various other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent or related experience. + Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
