Full-Stack Software Engineer

Information technology department as a technology enabler, create a solution to reduce manual process and boost efficiency at the process. One of the IT family is IT Engineering which there are specific developer teams to enhance and maintain the application/system.
This role is the developer especially for Senior full stack engineering, With the broaden view of end-to-end application and its dependency. Also, the position demanding soft skills to handle and manage non-technical skills.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develops software solutions by designing, developing, and installing software solutions, studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
+ Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
+ Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
+ Investigates problem areas.
+ Follows the software development lifecycle.
+ Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
+ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
+ Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
+ Work with regional team (and joint venture partners) on daily basis for supporting existing application while identifying improvement area and regional requirements.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
+ 8 years of professional software development experience.
+ Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and object-oriented design.
+ Experience with .NET Technology is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines and Azure Kubernetes environments.
+ Experience serving as a technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, including Agile, DevOps, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices, including coding standards, clean code principles, diagrams, charts, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
+ Experience in developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
+ Positive attitude, strong commitment to work, and excellent teamwork skills.
+ Experience working in global organizations or on international projects is a plus.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability.
+ Proficiency in English is required.
