Full-stack Software Engineer

_We’re looking for a_ **_Full-stack Software Engineer_** _to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business._

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and implement AI solutions: Create innovative AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance product capabilities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies: Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
+ Participate in code reviews: Engage in regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintain coding standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
+ Document AI processes and solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and implementation processes to ensure transparency and facilitate future development.
+ **_Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City) or Mactan Newtown (Cebu)_**
+ **_Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)_**
+ **_Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (night shift; but flexible depending on business need)_**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ College degree or equivalent IT, Computer Science Experience
+ 2-4 years of IT/Computer Science Experience
+ 2+ years frontend hand on coding knowledge with Azure AI technologies, Azure functions, SQL queries and other components supporting highly automated engineering platforms and Business teams.
+ Proficiency with .net, C#, nodes js, react, java, javascript, Angular JS, MS bot framework. Microsoft Azure
+ Ability to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environment
+ Strategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, machine learning, and the customer.

+ Can translate a more complex technical problem into business terms
+ Strong application development/programming skills
+ Ability to quickly learn about opensource libraries
+ Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution
+ Work well independently as well as in team environment as situation dictates
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines related to group and client needs
