As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role. **Job Description:** Full Stack Architect - Investment Management As a Full Stack Architect in our Investment Management space, you will lead next generation platform architecture, champion cloud-native and event driven patterns, and modernize a cloud/distributed/mainframe ecosystem to deliver scalable, secure solutions for our mutual funds, GIC's and registered product experience. **CUSTOMER** + Apply a multi-disciplinedexpertisewith database, application, client tiers, layering of software, build, test and deploy strategiesin order tocreate the overall design of software (including applications, infrastructure, middleware) and guide how the sub-components are developed by different teams + Advise on suitability of technology stacks to define principles / key constraints for solution components; rallies the team around these principles todeterminesecurity / scalability approach, and impact assessments for future design + Collaborates with Practices, actively driving capability creation; mentoring and training junior colleagues to be adaptive, staying on top ofexpanding technologies and engineering trendsand creating highly visual and functional solutions **SHAREHOLDER** + Set service-levelobjectives(SLO) and exercise key decision rights of the FSA role + Focus on reliability, scalability, and the development of the architectural infrastructure; includinghighly complexand scalable systems​ + Lead interaction with governance and control groups, (e.g.regulatory / operational risk,complianceand audit) to provide subject matterexpertiseand consult on risk issues related to architectural technology and tools + Monitor and report on the status of the products / projects and applications within assigned product, ensuring projects are compliant with technology domain architecture, and designs /operatesprocesses to provide ongoing review of in-progress activity against technology architecture and development standards + Foresee architectural issues / gaps andidentifiesemerging industry trends to recommend value-added architectural improvements that will alleviate technology debt and build resilient solutions + Maps processes and sub-processes that bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions + Collaborates within practices, platforms or journeyscomprisedof diverse and complementary skills;
