\n\t\t\t\t\tA large retail firm in S. Seattle is looking to hire a contract full cycle recruiter recruiter for a 3 month contract that is paying in the range of $45-50 an hour. This role is 100% onsite Monday-Friday 8-5p.m.\n•\tPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies (Detroit and WA hiring mgrs) \n•\tSource and engage candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, referrals, etc.)\n•\tScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics (Full Cycle since only recruiter at firm) \n•\tMaintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience\n•\tExtend and negotiate offers in collaboration with HR and department leadership\n•\tTrack metrics and report on hiring activity and pipeline health\n•\tSupport employer branding and outreach efforts as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
