Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Roslyn Heights/Westbury area of New York. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. This role is perfect for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with statements. • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Conduct cash flow analysis to support business decision-making. • Prepare and review financial reports to provide insights to management. • Monitor and manage banking transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in financial data. • Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Experience performing bank reconciliations. • Ability to analyze cash flow and create financial reports. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
