Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and distribution, is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fulfillment Specialist
**Location:** Arlington, TX
**Pay Range:** $17/hr
**Shift:** Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Work closely with the Production Manager and Quality Manager to ensure proper packing and distribution of customer wire harness assemblies.
+ Verify and pack customer orders using internal databases and job travelers.
+ Locate and gather job materials and documents within the computer system.
+ Utilize pallet jacks and various hand tools to move packages and materials.
+ Assemble, build, wrap, sort, and transport cable assemblies efficiently and accurately.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or related industrial roles.
+ Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 40-60 lbs.
+ Comfortable using a pallet jack and various hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
