Fulfillment Project Leader – Integration
Job Description SummaryAs a Fulfillment Project Leader – Integration, you will support the end-to-end digital fulfillment integration of cloud-based and SaaS products, including newly acquired solutions, into GE HealthCare’s commercial and operational ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order-to-cash execution, platform integration, and operational readiness for digital offerings that support GE HealthCare’s growth and transformation strategy.

You will serve as a bridge between Digital Technology, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and acquired teams, driving structured integration execution while maintaining fulfillment continuity, compliance, and customer experience. This role blends strong project leadership with hands-on digital fulfillment expertise and requires onsite presence at the Waukesha campus at least three days per week.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Lead digital fulfillment integration initiatives for cloud and SaaS products, including those from new acquisitions, across order-to-cash processes.

Own execution of integration plans covering systems, data, processes, controls, and operating models for digital offerings.

Ensure uninterrupted order processing, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and renewals during platform and organizational integrations.

Partner with Digital Technology teams to integrate SaaS fulfillment into GE HealthCare’s enterprise platforms and architectures.

Drive adoption of standardized digital fulfillment tools, automation, and scalable SaaS operating models.

Identify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans that extend beyond standard operational practices.

Lead change management activities including stakeholder alignment, training, communications, and transition to steady-state operations.

Provide clear executive-level reporting on integration progress, KPIs, risks, and customer impact.

Manage, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead small-to-moderate scale digital integration projects with defined scope, timelines, and resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in digital fulfillment, SaaS operations, order-to-cash, or integration/project leadership roles.

Experience supporting cloud-based or subscription/SaaS products, including provisioning, billing, renewals, and entitlement management.

Experience with Oracle GLPROD, eOM, iSupplier, Pega, Apttus, and other digital ordering and billing platforms.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,600.00-$158,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
