Fulfillment Associate

Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fulfillment Associate
**Location:** Knoxville, TN
**Pay Range:** Starting pay around $16.10, depending on experience
**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform pick and pack operations for shipping orders.
+ Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems.
+ Ensure all products are handled safely and efficiently.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
+ Basic computer skills for shipping and receiving tasks.
+ Ability to lift and move packages as required.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
+ Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
