Job Title: Fulfillment AdminJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Admin who will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks and will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong administrative support skills.Experience in customer service.Effective calendar management abilities.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.0-2 years of relevant experience.Skills in event coordination and clerical tasks.
Work Environment

This role requires onsite work five days a week in Harbor Point. Employees will enjoy the convenience of included parking. The position is divided into 75% fulfillment tasks and 25% administrative duties, offering a balanced and dynamic work experience. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
