Job Description Insight global is looking for a remote FS Growth Marketing Manager for a leading company in the fintech space. This person will lead strategic marketing initiatives for lending products, including working capital and business loans. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in campaign management and ownership—developing new campaigns, driving targeting strategies, and shaping messaging. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging data insights for testing, program optimization, and decision-making. You will manage stakeholders effectively, work independently under tight timelines, and demonstrate a major sense of urgency to deliver results. Expertise in fintech or payments, familiarity with cycle marketing (email and dashboard placements), and the ability to innovate and think creatively are essential. This role demands accountability, hands-on dashboard analysis, and a test-and-learn mindset to refine customer content strategies and optimize programs for growth.
