Based in The Romania Excellence Centre, Bucharest - our client is seeking for experienced professionals who value teamwork, pioneering technology, and innovation. Our Know Your Client application enables advisors to collect information about new potential customers, calculates their risk and decides in a workflow to accept or reject the customer as a client. Additionally, all clients are reviewed on a periodic schedule. The solution is using REACT as front end, Java/Spring Boot as backend and an Oracle Exa-Database for storage. The instance is hosted on-prem on application servers. A migration of the hosting to Google Cloud and a role out of new instances in new locations is in progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work independently and suggest architecture and design improvements to existing implementationsCollaborate with our engineering team across all stages of the product lifecycleWork on an Agile team with a modern CI/CD environmentUnderstand and apply software design concepts like security, availability, and scalabilityCreate clean, modern, and testable code with good documentationsWrite unit and integration tests and integrate them into the automated development pipelineProvide accurate estimates of development time and aid in implementing business requirements for projectMentor and support junior team members through code review, pair programming, and collaborationCollaborate with business analysts, users, and UI designers to jointly develop effective solutionsVoracious learner. You’re quick to share tips and tools you’ve picked up and you’re open to learning new things from your co-workers
What We’re Looking For
