What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Office team as Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services while delivering exceptional guest experiences.  This role provides on-the-floor leadership ensuring adherence to property standards.  The Supervisor assists with training, scheduling support, and performance coaching of front office team members.

Your Role:

Monitor arrivals, departures, and special guest needs ensuring seamless and consistent execution of service standardsResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriateEnsure proper use of the PMS system and compliance with operational procedures including cash handling and billing accuracySupervise Front Desk Agents and Guest Services staff ensuring all team members adhere to service standards and standard operating procedures. Assist with training and ongoing coaching of team members.Assist with shift coverage and schedule adjustments as neededConduct or confirm pre-assignment of hotel rooms in coordination with Reservations Agent and Sales DepartmentWorks closely with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and other departments as neededMaintain the Gift and Sundries shop, keeping up with inventory and ordering as necessaryPromote and sell special hotel programsInteract with hotel staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments as neededBe knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policiesCommunicate all pertinent information to manager on duty

Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious hotel or resort experience preferredA strong desire to make an impact on other peopleAn outgoing and engaging personalityComputer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftExperience with hotel PMS (Opera Cloud or similar preferred)
