What You’ll Do

As a Front Office Solutions Sales Specialist located in Stockholm, you will be responsible for nurturing, expanding, and maximizing FactSet’s presence amongst our Nordics and DACH client base.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with asset managers, asset owners, and other investment professionals throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

- Leverage your expertise to provide insights into clients’ businesses and workflows, engaging in meaningful, two-way conversations to solve challenges and drive client differentiation.

- Tailor communication and proposals to align with client value drivers unique to the Nordic region.

- Own and guide complex sales cycles from initial engagement and product demonstration through negotiation and close, confidently discussing commercial terms.

- Collaborate locally and globally with sales enablement, product marketing, consulting, and business stakeholders to promote FactSet’s Front Office Solutions and identify new business opportunities.

- Become a trusted subject matter expert for FactSet in the Nordics, gathering market intelligence, positioning FactSet’s competitive strengths, and relaying actionable feedback to influence our product strategy.

- Record and analyze client interactions and sales activities in CRM; facilitate feedback between sales and the Buy-Side Front Office Product team.

- Be accountable for your book of business in the region, driving growth across products and workflows and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success managing complex sales cycles, 10 years or relevant experience supporting clients in financial services or investment management within the Nordics.

- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to teach, tailor messaging, and negotiate with senior client stakeholders- Commercial acumen and confidence in driving conversations about value, pricing, and deal closure.

- Eager to become a local subject matter expert, understanding both client and competitor landscapes relevant to the Nordics and DACH markets.

- Strong collaborative approach, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.

- Self-starter, highly organized, accountable for managing a regional book of business and reporting on progress.

- Fluency in English is required; fluency in a Nordic language is highly beneficial.

- Experience using CRM systems to track client engagement and sales activities.
