We are looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER who is passionate about hospitality and teamwork and will ensure the highest standard of guest service.
Your role:
• organizing and supervising the work of the hotel reception,
• coordinating the work of the reception team (schedules, task allocation, training new team member),
• ensuring a high standard of service for hotel guests,
• supervising reception documentation and accounting,
• cooperating with other hotel departments,
• ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.
Work Experience
What we need:
- experience in managing a reception or front office department,
- ability to manage a team and organize the work of subordinate employees
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of reservation systems and customer service
