Responsibilities
The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform in the role of a Systems Integrator. In this position, the candidate will support the Sponsor's Training organization by performing a wide range of duties involving initial project planning, scheduling of materials, coordination of internal and external customers/stakeholders, monitoring of progress, analysis of changes, problem-solving, and support to the Front Office. The SI will work directly with senior managers in the department and assist with developing briefings, plans, and policies so that they successfully execute the mission objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Event Support:
Develop outline communication plans, identifying the most effective channels and tools to engage audiences and maximize reachPlan, organize, and execute various events while also ensuring events align with the overall mission objectives; may include a range of tasks related to logistics and contentImplement event plans, manage logistics, and coordinate with vendors and other IC organizations to ensure smooth event executionDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to promote events, including digital marketing, social media, and promotional materialsMonitor event performance, track key metrics, and analyze results to improve future eventsFront Office:
Maintain and coordinate responses on official actions and ad hoc taskingsCoordinate staff and contractor on/off-boarding activities to include facilities and system accessesPrepare professional briefings and reports on strategic topicsEnsure that the Front Office processes are defined and streamlinedProvide support to the Sponsor's governance and management processesAssist the team with group awareness and outreach as well as management deconflictionDefine and capture requirements by interacting with stakeholders and subsequently conducting independent research and analysis of information in preparation for meetings, seeking information from personnel or appropriate external stakeholders to provide information for meetings and other engagementsCollaborate with the Sponsor on support needs and assist with any administrative and programmatic needsSchedule Requirements: The Contractor shall provide on-site coverage as defined by the Sponsor during core hours (0900-1500 EST, Monday through Friday), exclusive of official Federal holidays.
Additional Security Review Process: All personnel joining the Sponsor undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 45+ days.
Qualifications
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphBS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7A minimum of three years' experience supporting the customer domainExcellent written communication skill; ability to apply clear, appropriate, and creative expression in writing for weekly highlights and/or other communication mediaAbility to track performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvementExcellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly express complex thoughts and concepts to diverse audiences at varying levels of understandingAbility to establish and maintain effective contacts across Sponsor, Directorate, Agency, and IC to positively impact mission deliveryExpertise in managing calendars and details with a multitude of meetingsAbility to compose and maintain documentation such as correspondence, briefings, standard operating procedures, memoranda, reports, and requirements documentsAbility to create professional presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are metDemonstrate resourcefulness in crafting messages for complex issuesDemonstrate an understanding of the communication objectives and how these support customer objectivesExperience in contingency planning and continuity of operations to ensure that mission-critical activities are maintained during emergenciesAble to align internal communications to key change program delivery milestones

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
