Shift Pattern:
7 days on / 3 days off, then 7 days on / 4 days off
We're looking for a confident and professional Security Officer to join our team at a high-quality corporate site. This role blends security operations with front-of-house customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
You'll be a key point of contact on site, representing both the client and the security team, and playing an important role in day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be DoingYour responsibilities will include:
Providing a welcoming, professional service to staff, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitoring CCTV, access control, and other security systems
Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
Carrying out internal and external patrols in line with site procedures
Managing visitor access, contractor passes, keys, and car parking lists
Escorting contractors and service providers as required
Completing accurate incident reports and security documentation
Liaising with landlord security teams, Corporate Security, and the London Command Centre
Providing cover for the receptionist during breaks and on-site events when needed
Full site and corporate security training will be provided, including emergency procedures and probationary assessments.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 3 years' security experience
A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence
First Aid training and certification
Experience using CCTV and electronic access control systems
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Windows and MS Office
A good level of physical fitness for patrol duties
Desirable (but not essential):
SIA CCTV licence
SC Clearance
