Our client, a global professional services and consulting firm, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator to serve as the first point of contact while providing comprehensive administrative and office operations support to a busy office. This is a full-time, in-office contract role (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) based in Boston, MA, offering $22/hr.
Job Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations including phones, visitor greetings, mail, deliveries, and shippingServe as primary point of contact for building security, guest sign-in, and keycard coordinationProvide administrative support such as scheduling, call screening, email correspondence, printing, and vendor coordinationAssist with office finance tasks including expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and budget trackingSupport onboarding and visits for new hires, international visitors, and transfers, including travel coordination and office toursCoordinate office meetings, events, catering, and disaster preparedness effortsProvide backup facilities support including supply ordering, inventory management, and maintenance requestsContribute to special projects as neededCandidate Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or professional services environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor with sound judgment and discretionDependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environmentQualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
