Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls, and forward them to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a phone log of all calls and assist callers with general inquiries about the organization.Greet and welcome visitors, determine their business needs, and announce them to the appropriate personnel.Monitor visitor access by issuing temporary parking permits in accordance with established rules for authorized guests.Maintain radio contact with field personnel as needed.Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferredMust have Quickbooks and payroll experienceBasic computer skills (email, word processing, simple data entry)Professional appearance and demeanorApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
