Front Desk Receptionist
Job Title: ReceptionistJob Description As a Receptionist, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support a department or office. Your role will include greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other general duties. You will maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Responsibilities + Greet visitors, distribute badges, and manage the sign-in process. + Handle incoming calls efficiently. + Prepare and set up meeting rooms. + Support other general administrative tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Strong communication skills with clear, professional verbal and written communication. + Ability to collaborate effectively and support team goals. + Maintain a polished appearance and respectful demeanor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience: 0-2 years of related experience. + Education: GED or High School Diploma. + Basic computer functions. + Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The role involves using basic computer functions and the Microsoft 365 Suite for productivity and collaboration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Walpole, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
